I’m Farhan, a senior Field Engineer at Vercel, YouTuber, investor and blogger. My day-to-day work lets me collaborate with and learn from some of the brightest minds in the startup ecosystem.
I created this Substack as a place to freely explore my thoughts and build a community of people, within the startups world, who can learn from each other and connect in meaningful ways.
Objectives

About me
Five years ago, I packed my bags and left the UK for Germany, where I worked as a software engineer. During the Covid lockdowns, I started a YouTube channel to teach people how to code. That channel, Rithmic, has since grown to over 18,000 subscribers.
After a few years abroad, I returned to the UK and joined the most exciting company in tech today, Vercel. I came on board as a Sales Engineer and now focus solely on startups.
Since joining Vercel, I’ve met remarkable people both inside and outside the company. Those experiences, across engineering, content creation and startup ecosystems, have shaped how I think about life and business. I’ll share those lessons here, along with other things I find interesting.
